How to Install Alfa Addon Repo from the File Source?

Step 1. Run Kodi app, click on the gear icon in the upper left corner of Home screen.

Step 3. Double click "Add source" and press None.

Step 4. Manually type in "https://alfa-addon.com/alfa/" on the keyboard, or just copy and paste the URL path into the location box to avoid "Unable to connect" error due to a typo or something missing. Then click OK.

Step 5. Randomly name the source, e.g. "Alfa" as shown in the screenshot, then hit OK.

Step 6. Return to Settings interface and select "System" category.

Step 7. Navigate to "Add-ons" tab, and switch on "Unknown sources" option on the right side so that you can install the third party add-on or repository. Click OK on the pop-up warning dialog box.

Step 8. Go back to Settings interface and go to "Add-ons" category.

Step 10. Open "Alfa" media source, select "repository.alfa-addon-x.x.x.zip" to download and install the repo.

Step 11. Wait a moment till the repo installed notification appears at the top-right corner. Then select "Install from repository" option > go to "Alfa-Addon Repository" > "Video add-ons", now you can download and install Alfa Kodi add-on.

Step 12. After the installation is finished, go to "Add-ons" > "Video add-ons" > run Alfa, you're required to configure and set up Kodi scrapers for movies and TV series. Just follow the instructions.

How to Install Alfa Addon Repo with Git Browser?

If you have the Git Browser installed on your Kodi already, it's fairly easy to install Kodi Alfa addon since the whole Alfa project is hosted on GitHub. You don't need to worry about that file source/URL will not work unexpectedly because you've installed it at its source.

Step 1. Launch Kodi app, go to "Add-ons" > "Program add-ons" > open Git Browser.

Step 2. Select "Search by GitHub Username", or you can select "Search by GitHub Repository Title" or "Search by Addon ID" based on your preference.
