And one among which is a simple video merger that can help you merge multiple videos files into one seamlessly and easily. Now, I will show you how to combine MPG files with this software below. Follow the instructions carefully.
Launch HD Video Converter Factory Pro and open the Converter (The other four modules – Downloader, Recorder, GIF Maker, and Toolbox are worth exploring as well). Next, click + Add Files or Add Video Folder to import all the MPG/MPEG videos you want to combine into the converter. Or you can drag and drop these files directly into the program.
Click the Merge button on the top menu bar. Then in the Merge window, press Ctrl on your keyboard and click to select the videos you want to combine. Next, click the middle Merge button to merge these videos in a track called Pack 1 (Alternatively, you can click the middle Merge button to create an empty pack first and then drag the videos into the pack later). You can repeat the step to create more packs. Within the pack, you can drag the video to change the order. When you think it’s ready, click the bottom Merge button to save the changes.
Back into the main workspace. Click the right-side format image to open the output format library. You will see five main categories, namely, Video, 4K/HD, Web, Audio, and Device. Go to the Video tab and pick your preferred output format. You can keep the original format or try a different container, such as MP4.
Click the bottom triangle button to specify an output path or leave it as default. Finally, hit Run to start merging MPG files.
Many of you might wonder whether you can combine MPG files using online video joiners. The answer is yes, you can, but the result may not live up to your expectation as many online services hold various restrictions on such activities.
The primary limitation is that they usually process much slower since it takes time to upload and download besides merging. If your network is weak and unstable, the online merging process could take forever. Another shortcoming of online video mergers is that they often place size and length limits on the video to be uploaded, making them far less efficient than desktop ones. Yet, if you only need to combine several small MPG files, online video combiners are good choices.
