Insert your DVD into your PC’s disc drive. Then launch DVD Ripper Pro. Click on DVD Disc to load your DVD.
On the right side of the main workspace, click on the format icon and select 1:1 Quick Copy. Then you’ll see three formats Main Movie (MPG), ISO, and DVD Folder presented under this section. Select either ISO or DVD Folder as the output format.

Unfortunately, it is impossible because MP4, as well as other mainstream formats, does not support the menu, which is a special structure supported only by DVD video formats - ISO image and VIDEO_TS Folder.
2. Can HandBrake Rip DVD with Menus?
No, HandBrake cannot rip DVD with menus as it does not have ISO or VIDEO_TS Folder for output options. On the other hand, HandBrake only supports ripping unprotected DVDs. You may encounter errors like HandBrake cannot rip entire DVDs or Handbrake DVD rip scrambled if you use it to rip copy-protected DVDs.
