If you fail to complete your conversion, pay attention to the following tips:
1. Use registered version. Unregistered version can just convert five minutes of the DVD content.
2. Use latest version. The old version may have some bugs which would cause the software doesn't work.
3. Log in PC as the "Administrator" ID or "Run as administrator" when using other IDs.
4. Install it on non-system partition, like D:\, E:\ ...,
5. Change output folder to non-system partition.
6. Check the DVD content is available or not.
